The problem is no internet access means no Geoop...

Really need "offline mode" to be able to finish entering infomation into Geoop while onsite with text photos or signatures, and then later when you have internet access this information can be uploaded or synced into Geoop server

customers should be able to send in a new request and have it go into a queue, then staff can modify from there, assign tech, etc. But original creation of job can be done via email.

What integrations do you use and what would you like to see

I noted some loopholes in the permissions as it pertains to invoicing/pricing data. On the online platform the pricing is hidden on the notes page, but not on the parts list or parts entry areas.

On the iPhone app, it appears to hide rates while entering (but still shows parts sales price) but once entered the rates show up in the notes list anyhow.

The new PDF work tickets are excellent.
It would be much better if the signatures were inline instead of as a separate page. Also, the ability to batch export all the jobs pertaining to a single client would be a really benefit.

Having a view of the scheduler in a calendar on iPad app would be very helpful.

You can add files to a job but you can't add them to a client/site. It would be useful for access codes, asset registry etc

The facility to set working hours and days. i.e. 8:00 to 16:00 Mon - Fri; If I set a job to be 24 hours starting on a Thursday that would translate as 8 hours on Thursday, 8 hours on Friday & 8 hours the following Monday.

Having the ability to see by color which staff is assigned to which job in scheduler would be very beneficial.
